, you'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Role Overview:



As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with customers, resolving issues, providing information, and supporting customer satisfaction. You'll represent the company with professionalism and empathy while using systems to manage customer data and queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner Logging and resolving complaints, returns, and delivery issues Processing orders, cancellations, and updates accurately Keeping detailed records of interactions using CRM tools Following up on unresolved issues until successful resolution Supporting internal teams (e.g. warehouse, dispatch) with customer-related queries Maintaining a polite, calm, and professional tone at all times Meeting performance targets (response time, satisfaction, accuracy)

Key Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening and problem-solving Customer-first attitude and empathy Ability to multitask and stay organised Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Resilience under pressure and ability to handle complaints professionally

Qualifications:



GCSEs (English and Maths preferred) Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or office) Training will be provided on systems and company procedures
