Responsibilities:



Provide marketing strategies to convert leads to clients Identify target audience and give business promotion ideas on social media platforms Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Provide product/service information and guidance. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience (desirable).
