We are a new business opening on Selbourne Road, looking to support University students and to help make some money this summer. The job is July to September but can continue depending on your preference. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Customer Service Representative

to join our vibrant team in a busy

Mexican street food trailer

. You'll be the face of the business, providing excellent service to customers while supporting day-to-day trailer operations including taking orders, handling payments, preparing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, efficient service Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently answer menu questions Operate the till, handle card/cash payments, and manage orders efficiently Prepare and serve drinks (including coffee and soft drinks) to a high standard Assist with food preparation as needed (e.g., assembling tacos, burritos) Maintain cleanliness of the trailer including counters, equipment, and dining area Monitor stock levels and communicate low supplies to management Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures Set up and pack down the trailer before and after service as part of a team

Hours of Work:

Working hours will be scheduled

within 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

Rotas will be discussed in advance and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends Flexible availability is required

Requirements:

Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills Customer service experience (hospitality or retail preferred) Basic food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided) Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment Punctual, reliable, and a team player Interest in Mexican cuisine a plus!
