We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Training team. In this role, you'll guide customers through their entire training journey - from initial booking to final certification - ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
As the friendly and reliable point of contact for all training-related enquiries, you'll help maintain Elmhurst's excellent reputation and contribute to a positive learning experience for every trainee.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver smooth customer on-boarding processes to ensure trainees feel welcomed and supported
Maintain excellent relationships through regular, proactive communication with key customers
Process and manage training orders and payments accurately
Handle enquiries, opportunities, feedback and complaints via email and telephone
Escalate urgent or high-priority issues in line with policy
Support trainees confidently throughout their learning journey, whether by phone, email, or face-to-face
Collaborate with colleagues across different teams
Provide reception/front-of-house cover during on-site training and corporate events
