is a growing tech company based in Malvern. We provide smart key safe systems that help people manage property access more easily. We're looking for someone practical, friendly, and confident -- someone who enjoys solving problems, chatting with customers, and using tools.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role combining customer service and field installation:
Customer Support (Office-based):
Answer customer calls and help with queries
Book engineer visits and send quotes
Log support issues and follow up
Use apps and digital systems to manage tasks
Installation Work (Field-based):
Travel to customer sites across the UK
Use basic tools (like drills) to install key safes
Test devices and ensure everything works
Keep records of visits and installations
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service or a hands-on role (e.g. maintenance, delivery, mobile technician)
Confident using tools and technology (apps, smartphones, digital systems)
Friendly and good at solving problems
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Happy to travel and work independently
Willing to complete a DBS check (we'll arrange this)
