Your Role with us:
The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day. You will assist with customer queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings. You will also be assisting with admin duties as part of the Lettings Team.

Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
Good administrative skills
Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
What do we offer?Full time work in our beautiful and friendly Media City office 9.30am - 5pm starts Monday to Friday (with a lovely 4.30pm finish on a Friday!)
