What you'll do:



The role of

Customer Service Advisor

is to provide customers with information about our products and services, respond to customer queries and resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction. This includes:

- Dealing with customers via phone, emails, live chat, social media or walk-ins.

- Providing customers with product and service information, recommending product options and promoting additional services.

- Identifying and resolving customer issues, including dealing with delivery issues and queries and liaising with other departments as necessary.

- Recommending process improvements based on customer queries and issues.

- Supporting customers with providing quotes, placing orders, taking card payments and processing refunds.

- Following up with and chasing customers where required.

- Supporting the department where necessary, including supporting training for new employees, performing administrative functions and assisting other departments.

This role works shifts alternating each week between 08:00 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 18:00, both with a 1 hour unpaid break.

What you'll need:



- Experience in a customer service role is essential.

- Excellent customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially with a good telephone manner.

- The ability to work to targets and achieve KPIs.

- The ability to work well as part of a team.

- Excellent prioritisation skills and able to juggle competing demands.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- A desire to contribute to constantly improving our service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,570.00 per year
