You will represent leading

energy suppliers

, engaging with customers

face to face at pre-arranged events

. This is not a cold-calling role - you will be meeting customers who are already interested in hearing more about our services.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

Engage with customers face to face at organised events and venues. Provide excellent customer service and professional representation of the Envision brand. Discuss and promote products and services clearly and confidently. Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Work towards individual and team targets.
