The team you'll join:



At HSS ProService Marketplace, we are growing our team and have vacancies across various teams including Sales, Key Accounts & Credit Control.


The impact you'll have:



You'll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

A typical day:



Sales Roles





Respond to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible to convert into an order, processing and managing from inbound (email/web/chat/phone) contact Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction Work with our operations teams and those of our re-hire partners in a calm and collected way to ensure customers get the equipment they need when they need it

Credit Control - Entry Level



Contact customers by telephone, email or letter regarding the collection of debt in accordance with the company policies and procedures Record all action taken on an account utilising the Debt Management system, following up calls and actions as agreed with the customer. Work towards targets for cash collection to reduce outstanding debt exposure to the group.

Customer Service



Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries
