Customer Service Advisor (Membership Support Advisor)
Location: Cookham - Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3 days remote
Salary: 26,000 + benefits - 35 hours per week

Membership Support Advisor
who genuinely loves helping people and making a great experience even better.
This role is all about supporting existing and potential members at every stage of their journey with CIM - from joining us for the first time, through day-to-day membership queries, right through to renewal and retention.
What you'll be doing
Supporting customers and members across multiple touchpoints, offering accurate advice and practical solutions
Using a mix of incoming and outgoing channels (phone, email, webchat and social) to support the membership journey from acquisition to retention
Processing concessionary rate requests accurately and efficiently
Proactively promoting CIM's products, services and membership benefits
Working closely with your team to deliver consistently excellent customer service
Collaborating across the wider department to improve customer experience and support CIM's goals
Resolving customer issues wherever possible, escalating when needed and highlighting any barriers
Actively listening to customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve our services
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills across phone, email, webchat and social media
Confidence in understanding customer challenges and recommending the right solutions
Great attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
A good understanding of customer journeys and membership benefits
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
