Customer Service Advisor

Hoban Skips are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our ever growing team. We are a family run skip hire and waste management company that has been established for over 10 years. This position will see you working in a fast paced environment in a lively office.

The right candidate needs to be self-motivated and extremely organised, can work in a busy environment and is competent with their knowledge of Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls. Making outbound calls to customers. Identifying customer needs and requirements. Providing information and advice to customers on products and services. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone & email. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Skills required:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Experience in customer service. Close attention to detail when inputting to systems. Good IT skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload. Ability to work from a price list relating to size of skips, distance and waste types. Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm Lunch break (Unpaid) Every other Saturday 7am - 1pm

Rate of Pay: 14 per Hour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47.5 - 53.5 per week
