A mail order company, selling high quality products. We are looking for additional members to join our small, friendly, order processing team during our peak season until 31st Januray 2026.

As you will be the voice of our business, you will be required to have a proficient telephone manner and your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

A typical day will involve taking orders over the phone, a task that requires attention to detail and a courteous demeanour. Unlike many sales positions, this job does not involve cold calling. This role often includes processing payments, which demands a high level of accuracy and trustworthiness. Assisting with customer queries. It's important to be patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable, ensuring that each customer feels heard and valued. Recording customer details accurately is paramount. Finally, the role will extend to the physical handling of products, such as picking and packing orders, which requires efficiency and care to guarantee that customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and one Saturday a month 9am to 1pm.

The person:

Strong communication skills are essential. Self-motivated and courteous with a good telephone manner Accuracy is key as you'll need to take clear and comprehensive notes. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Keen and open to learning with a "positive can-do attitude". Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. Patient and willing to go the extra mile.

Location:

The office is situated in a rural location, 5 miles outside Bletchley MK17 0PR. You

must

hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
