About the Role:
We are looking for a
Customer Service Advisor
to join our Milton Keynes team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants, handling queries about repairs and housing services. You'll work closely with our planning team to resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Day to Day duties:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and enquiries
Assist tenants with queries related to repairs and housing services
Log and manage customer interactions using our bespoke system
Work collaboratively with the planning team to resolve issues efficiently
Meet service level agreements and performance targets
Provide accurate information and proactive communication throughout the process
Role Criteria
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within housing or repairs
Strong, natural communicator with great interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Confident using IT systems and multitasking effectively
Adaptable, empathetic, and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of housing maintenance or call centre environments (desirable but not essential)
Qualifications
NVQ or GCSEs in Maths and English (Pass)
