Tysul Vets is a mixed animal vets providing veterinary care to farm equine and pets in the Llandysul and surrounding area. We have a very loyal and friendly client base and a dedicated team focused on caring for their animals. At present we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team in providing a mix of front of house, telephone and admin support for both our farm, equine and pets. This is a full-time post between the hours of 8.30 and 6.00 pm and includes a 1 :4 Saturday am rota .
Duties will include:
General reception duties - including dealing with clients via the phone and face to face. Booking pets in for operation and consultations. Taking payments.
General admin duties - providing admin support for our vets and nursing staff with managing/monitoring client records/schemes.
Providing advice/information to customers- you will be providing an overview to customers of our services and front of house products. You will be able to offer appropriate and relevant advice.
The skills you will require:
The ability to speak and write in Welsh will be a distinct advantage
Previous front of house and telephone reception skills
Excellent record of communication skills are essential
Good organisational skills are key in managing the follow of clients through the surgery.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
You must also be able to work closely with others as an integral part of a close knit team.
We expect a good level of IT skills and literacy and numeracy, preferably to GCSE level or higher.
