We're growing fast and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated

Customer Service Advisor

to join our

Customer Engagement Centre (CEC)

. You'll play a key role in guiding our customers through their journey with us, helping them sell their vintage, valuable, and unique items with confidence.

Be the friendly voice of Vintage Cash Cow, handling

inbound and outbound calls

, welcome calls, booking collections, and answering queries. Build trust and provide accurate, helpful information to every customer. Hit (and smash!) your personal KPIs while helping the team hit theirs. Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Grow in the role, develop your skills, mentor others, and help us improve every day.

1+ year of contact centre or customer service experience

, you know what great service looks like. Strong

attention to detail

and communication skills (both written and spoken). A confident multitasker who can juggle systems, calls, and queries like a pro. Results-driven and team-oriented, you love hitting targets and celebrating wins. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
