What You'll Be Doing

Deliver a first-class experience to all aftersales customers Handle service bookings, enquiries, and customer communications (in person and over the phone) Accurately capture vehicle and customer information Work closely with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth service delivery Support aftersales processes, digital systems, and data accuracy Attend Toyota Academy training and development sessions Represent the Toyota brand in the community and at promotional events

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience

as a Service Advisor in a main dealer environment Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence and a warm, engaging personality IT literate (Microsoft Office) Full UK driving licence Results-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service GCSE Maths & English Eligible to work in the UK Flexible to travel for occasional training
