Were looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance.
What you'll be doing:
Providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email
Handling inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Updating customer records and processing service requests
Handle mid-term adjustments and cancellations
Proactively engage with clients in relation to outstanding information
Liaise with insurers and underwriters
Maintain up-to-date customer records and follow FCA guidelines
Salary is dependant on experience.
