Starting at 26,133 increasing with role progression plus 1,200 performance based bonus

Holidays:
21 days holidays (increases to 23 days after 12 months' service) plus bank holidays off.
We are looking for
Customer Service Advisors
to join our Customer Service department at Verisure Services Newcastle.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service within an inbound team
Dealing with customer complaints effectively
Answer customers' queries
Assist customers regarding invoices and taking payments over the phone
Make outbound calls when needed to update customers on their needs.
Update information in our customers' records
Skills & Experience:
Ideally 1 year' experience in customer service environment
Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude
Multitasking and strong computer skills including MS Office.
Customer orientated and genuinely passionate about providing high-level customer experience.
Active listening skills
