40hr per week Monday-Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

Customer Service Advisor

, you'll be the friendly voice and face of Marshalls, the first point of contact for our valued customers. Every call or email you handle will be an opportunity to showcase our commitment to

What skills are we looking for?

Confident customer service background of at least 12 months Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst paying close attention to detail and order processing Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is desirable Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues with a positive and upbeat approach A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full end to end ownership of customer contact and always using initiative/being create Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating and working as a collective to reach objectives and targets Maths - GCSE 4 or above/Equivalent Key Skills English - GCSE 4 or above/Equivalent Key Skills Basic/Intermediate MS Office including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Competent computer user Good organisation, planning and time management Attention to detail
