We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience along the sales process.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to customers when dealing with their enquiries and questions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
Assist our sales team stepping in when required to help with vehicle handovers, vehicle test drives and general customer questions.
Complete some vehicle photography and upload to our advertising platforms.
Data input into our CRM system.
Experience
Proven experience in customer service.
General car knowledge will be desirable.
Confident and capable to speak with customers and build rapport.
Previous sales experience will be desirable.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi task.
Part time - working days Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 16,000.00-18,500.00 per year
