This role is key to delivering exceptional customer service at BLK BOX -- ensuring that we not only uphold and deliver on our promises but also strengthen and develop lasting relationships with our clients. Working closely with various departments across the business, this role will support our clients in resolving their issues and ensuring our service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities



Customer Focused:

Responding to customer questions and complaints across multiple platforms - email, phone calls, social media, live chat and WhatsApp.

Teamwork:

Working with various departments across the business to resolve customer issues.

Problem Solving:

Find the best possible solution to solve customer complaints.

Organisation:

Keep accurate records of customer tickets and updates to ensure issues are resolved in line with business SLAs.

Product Knowledge:

Providing information about new and existing products and services.

Sales Admin:

Tracking and processing new orders, returns and refunds.

Inbound Sales:

Making sales and processing payments when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate



Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience working in a customer service role.

Decision-Maker:

Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and ensure department and company success.

Trouble Shooter:

Good problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Process-Oriented:

A process-driven approach with strong planning skills.

Communicator:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Patient:

Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help resolve customer issues.

Composed:

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

People Person:

Enjoys working with people to deliver exceptional customer service.

Can accept criticism and find resolutions to complex problems.
