(Please note: This role is covering the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 9:00-18:00 and Saturdays 9:30-18:00. Wednesdays and Sundays off)

Salesupply UK Ltd (www.salesupply.co.uk) is a young, dynamic professional services organization specializing in a comprehensive range of e-commerce solutions to support the successful international expansion of e-retailers, brands, and manufacturers. Our core services, including customer service and e-fulfilment, are delivered through our offices in 18 countries. The UK office, located in Hethersett, Norfolk, with client meeting offices in London, is seeking a talented individual to join our customer services team.

Our small but busy team of Customer Service Advisors provides daily support to over 20 e-commerce webshops via phone, email, and online chat. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills within a growing team. Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent customer service in line with client requirements and internal KPIs. Respond to customer calls, emails and chats promptly, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact while recognizing when to seek further advice or escalate to the client. Communicate with the head offices of relevant clients across Europe to escalate and resolve customer queries. Assist in the onboarding of new clients. Support the training of new personnel. Maintain and update all relevant sources of client information, including company manuals.
