So, what does the role of an Customer Service Advisor here involve?

Providing great customer service to new and existing customers over the

phone

, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must. Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations with thorough attention to detail, maintaining a

high level of accuracy

. Meeting commercial and

team targets

and

KPI's

by maximising business and service opportunities. You will need to enjoy working in a

fast-paced team
