5 days per week on a rota basis across Monday-Sunday (rota provided in advance)

This role is ideal if you're looking for part-time work that fits around other commitments, with shifts focused on evenings and weekends.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll support our guests and property owners by phone and email, helping resolve queries, provide reassurance and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.

Supporting customers by phone and email Providing reassurance, information and solutions Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business Recording information accurately and following internal processes
