IN PERSON NORWICH CITY CENTRE BASED JOB ROLE:
Blakely Clothing is a fashion brand based in Norfolk. Designing new and exciting clothing products for the global market, we have recently been through an exciting period of growth and are now looking to further expand our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team for a temporary period from October 2025-late February 2026! This may have the option to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer satisfaction to progress their career within an exciting, growing company. This role is for someone who is competent in English, who is hard working and willing to learn new skills. This role is essential for keeping our customers happy and is integral to the growth of the business.
Working days/hours will be Thursday-Mondays, weekday shifts will be 9am to 5pm, and weekend shifts will be 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Service support via email and social media
Process exchanges and vouchers
Liaise with other teams across the business on any product, stock, shipment or advertising issues that customers raise
Requirements:
2+ years online customer support experience
Excellent written English is essential, including spelling and grammar
Genuine interest in the world of clothing and online retailing
Enthusiasm for putting the customer first and going the extra mile to achieve this
Basic computer skills
