Your Role: Customer Service Advisor



As a key member of the Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our learners and clients receive outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include:

First-Line Support:

Efficiently manage inquiries via telephone and service tickets, providing clear and helpful information about our programs and learner support.

Service Desk Management:

Maintaining and organising our service desk to ensure rapid and accurate responses.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Support other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Communication & Liaison:

Facilitate seamless communication between learners, tutors, and clients.

Data Management:

Accurately enter and maintain records on our systems.

Event Participation:

Potential to represent Buttercups Training at events (occasional)

General Administrative Support:

Undertake other tasks as required to support the team.

We're Looking for Someone Who:



Is passionate about personal development and education. Possesses strong customer service and communication skills. Is organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry. Has a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Although knowledge of the Pharmacy, Education and Training Sector is not essential, a desire to learn is.
