Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. utilise Salesforce to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding our financial products and services, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction. Analyse customer issues to identify underlying problems and propose appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to deliver consistent support. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within financial services or related sectors. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and determine suitable solutions efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude. Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service standards.
