Customer Service Advisors
to join our growing team in Nottingham city centre. This is a great opportunity whether you're looking for a full-time role or a flexible part-time position, with structured hours and a supportive working environment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to answer any questions, provide information, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and positively. You'll play a key role in representing our clients, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a polite, approachable, and professional manner, within a face-to-face environment
Provide helpful and accurate information and answer any enquiries clearly and confidently
Develop a strong understanding of our clients' products and services to confidently support customer needs
Maintain clear and professional communication
Record and update customer information accurately on internal systems
Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team performance goals while following company procedures and compliance standards
Process customer requests and transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good basic computer skills and confidence using systems
Strong time management and reliability
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
