As part of the team, you'll:
Act as a key liaison for both internal teams and external customers, managing inbound communications and ensuring timely, effective responses.
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience, providing system guidance aligned with SLAs.
Support administrative processes, including RMA handling, courier coordination and maintaining accurate data for internal reporting.
Leverage training and mentorship opportunities in house with regular management supervisions and guidance from our L&D team in order to grow your knowledge and expertise and progress in your career.
