VX3 is a specialist sportswear brand, providing team kits to sports teams, educational institutions and other organisations, as well as operating our own direct to consumer retail business. Due to rapid growth, we're on the hunt for a dedicated and personable customer service representative to maintain relationships with existing customers and answer incoming customer queries in our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will have a drive to provide exceptional customer service, and a good phone and email manner. Comfortable delivering updates in a timely manner and managing many customers at one time, applicants should also be IT literate. Applicants should be passionate and knowledgeable about sport, in order to empathise and form relationships with our core audience.
Responsibilities
Responding to customer queries directly
Answer incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
Delivering timely updates on customer orders
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Work closely with internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
Requirements
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Track record of working well within a team
Good general knowledge of sport
