Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

20 hours / week

Monday to Sunday

Hours/Shifts:

Between 08.00 - 20:00 on rota basis / Could vary at times depending on cover and summer period

Direct Report:

Assistant Property Manager

Main duties will include:

Handling all manners of enquiries: from students, parents, universities, and stakeholders in the business or directing queries to the relevant member of the management team

Distributing post and managing student parcel collection system

Perform room viewings for potential new residents

Organising and overseeing social events on site

Publishing and distributing signage for notice boards around property

Resolving customer issues at the time or referring them to management team

Oversee and manage Community Space bookings and calendar

Oversee and coordinate room cleaning calendar

Assist with booking process ensuring room offers are accepted in a timely manner and checking returned licence acceptances with correct documentation

Other Duties

Assist with ad hoc requests as necessary for business needs especially at peak times such as student move in and move out weekends

Perform and document inspections of resident studios including quarterly, pre-arrival and departure

Receiving student payments and adding charges when required

Assisting the management team with administrative tasks as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12,698.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
