We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective upselling techniques. Due to the sale of age restricted items applicants must be 18 years and over.

Duties
Serving on the tills is the biggest part of the job.
lifting/carrying stock.
stock replenishment.
,internal and external cleaning.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
you will learn about BP Fuel Management so you can offload petroleum tankers.
Requirements
You may be required to work overtime to cover holidays and sickness.
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
