Customer Service Adviser / Receptionist

to join our Oakham Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity created due to company expansion -- a great time to come on board.

Your Key Responsibilities:



Provide a professional, friendly welcome to all clients -- in person, by phone or by email Support clients with enquiries, appointment scheduling, and product information Manage reception duties, data entry, diary management and database updates Handle payments, petty cash and take keyholder responsibility Contribute to a positive, calm and caring environment -- even on busy days Embrace training and development opportunities to expand your skills

Starting salary of

13.00 per hour (25,350 FTE)

25 days of paid annual leave

(rising to 30 days after 5 years) pro rata Ongoing
