Customer Service Advisor / Patient Services Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor / Patient Services Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise.

You must have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. It is essential that you have strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction. You must also have the ability to provide a service rooted in expertise and attention to detail, with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.

Location:

We're based at Care Fertility Cardiff, Rhodfa Marics, Ely Meadows, Llantrisant, CF72 8XL.

This is a 16-hour per week role, usually worked on Mondays and Fridays, with the flexibility to cover other days when required.
