Job Description
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing and award-winning contact centre based in the Peterlee area as a Customer Service Advisor.
This role is perfect for those with no previous customer service experience as you will receive fully paid training and ongoing support to give you the skills needed to be a success in the role.
In the role, you will deal with incoming calls from existing customers with the aim of giving excellent customer service at all times and resolving any customer concern.
For you:
12.30 per hour
Full-time, permanent
