We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized
Customer Service Advisor
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with their inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to their shipping needs. Alongside your primary responsibilities, you may also be required to assist with internal duties such as packing items to support the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and manage bookings for shipping services.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a high standard of satisfaction.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Support the packing team with wrapping and securing items as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized, with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
