What You'll Be Responsible For



As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, reassuring and high-quality customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience & Communication



Being the first point of contact for customers -- face to face and over the telephone Building trust through clear, empathetic and professional communication Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service process, including explaining technical information in a clear and friendly way Handling queries and concerns with patience, understanding and confidence

Service & Workshop Coordination



Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently and accurately Obtaining all necessary customer authorisations Liaising closely with technicians, the workshop team and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and timely completion of all administrative tasks

Teamwork & Performance



Thriving as part of a busy, collaborative team Remaining organised and calm in a fast-moving environment Prioritising tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of service
