Job Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor within our Poole branch. You will be responsible for a customer's journey throughout our Service Department. You will need to be able to follow processes and liaise between different departments, but most important you need to be a people person.

The ideal candidate would ideally have Main dealer experience and fully understand the importance of excellent customer service. However we are able to consider and train candidates from the customer service industry.

Our Service Advisors currently earn about 33,000 - 38,000 OTE per year. Hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays are 8.30am - 12.30pm on a Rota basis. Penton Motor Group enjoys developing people who want to progress - the successful candidate will receive manufacture training as well as in house training.
