The Garden and Home Trading Company is the largest online retailer of Wild Bird Food and Wildlife products based in Preston Lancashire. A growing business with a 19m turnover, we are currently recruiting for staff to join our Customer Service Team, we are looking for candidates with a "Can Do" attitude!

Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hours a week Monday to Friday

The Role:

You will be joining an existing team who deliver high standards of customer service and a friendly attitude across multiple ecommerce websites brands.

The successful candidates will be dealing with high volumes of inbound calls and e-mails from customers placing orders, chasing orders or have queries with the aim of a first-time resolution.

Responding pro-actively to incoming emails and social media messages from Customers using excellent grammar. Ensuring all Customers receive the best customer care experience regardless of which method they wish to engage with us. Ensuring queries are responded to within the agreed response time. Work with colleagues across the business to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries.

The Candidate:

Previous contact centre experience is a prerequisite for this role, and candidates should have a relevant work history with full references. Possess clear and concise communication skills both over the phone and written format. Be passionate about customers and offering the best service. Computer Literate - Outlook, Word and Excel.
