Salary: 24,570 - 25,401 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join our welcoming team within the Eastern Education Group. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will represent the College with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every visitor, student and parent receives an excellent standard of service. You will liaise with curriculum teams, cross-college departments and the College Information Unit to provide accurate information, support appointments and events, and maintain a smooth flow of communication across the College.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will undertake a range of reception and administrative duties including handling phone and email enquiries, managing post and parcels, processing data, supporting with cash handling and maintaining publicity materials. You will also play an active role in key College events such as open evenings, interviews and enrolments, while ensuring compliance with data protection, health and safety and College policies.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and professional approach, and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure. Experience in a customer-focused role, good IT skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
