Job Description

Flywalk LTD are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 6 month contract. We're an online sports retailer specialising is all things with wheels alongside our BadmintonHQ and TennisHQ business!

You'll be involved in our customer service team with a mission of providing our broad range of customers across multiple industries excellent service and advice to ensure their experience is positive one.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Help customers with their enquiries in order to create an optimal experience

Taking inbound customer queries regarding advice

Be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all customers at all times

Be dependable and reliable when dealing with customers

Be a team player within our friendly family orientated team

Have an excellent work ethic

Professional attitude to the workplace

Good problem-solving skills

Key Skills Needed by the applicant:



Computer Literate with ability to be a quick typer is ideal

English, GCSE C or above.

Good Verbal Communication Skills

Job Type: Contract 6 months (potential view to a permanent position)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
