Key Responsibilities
Email & Marketplace Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various marketplace platforms.
Phone Support: Address customer queries over the phone with a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring swift resolution.
Problem Identification: Recognise and escalate issues to the appropriate team members to ensure quick and effective solutions.
Order Updates: Proactively reach out to customers regarding any issues with their orders.
Professional Standards: Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different branches to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 12 months in a customer service role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Teamwork: Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Listening Skills: Excellent listening abilities to fully understand and address customer needs.
Technical Proficiency: Competent with IT systems and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Positive Attitude: A caring personality with a flexible and resilient approach to handling various enquiries.
Desirable Experience
Sage 200: Experience with Sage 200 is highly desirable but not essential.
