Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed assistance.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry, is advantageous.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
