In our Customer Service Advisor role, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience via the efficient handling of incoming (and outgoing where required) telephone calls; with a strong focus on providing early resolutions.

Up to 23,655.34 per annum (Based on a 100% FTE of 30,087.93 per annum)

Contract:

Fix term contract until March 2026

: 28.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4 days 5.75 hours & 1 day 5.5 hours)

This is what your day will look like as our Customer Service Advisor:



Ensure the highest level of customer service is always maintained (including call handling, in person/reception etc.) and act as a role model for excellent service delivery across Amplius. Proactively deal with customer enquiries at the first point of contact; with a strong focus on early resolution across all key business areas within Amplius. Support the daily running of the Contact Centre by effectively responding to service enquiries, the reporting of repair-related queries, including reporting and appointing repairs within our customers' homes and communal areas.

To thrive in our Customer Service Advisor role, you'll need:



Experience of delivering a multi-channel customer service (i.e., by phone, face-to-face, on-line etc). Experience of dealing with complaints and customer dissatisfaction and resolving the issue. The ability to demonstrate self-reliance and a flexible approach to working with effective problem solving and decision-making skills. Be able to demonstrate the organisations values throughout your day-to-day work.
