We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You'll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you'll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job.
Duties
Greeting Service customers arriving on site for maintenance and repair
Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
Booking appointments on our bespoke system
Managing and balancing workshop diary
Taking care of customers and visitors once they have arrived
Handling internal & external paperwork
Ensuring job cards are accurate, complete and updated
Providing quotations, creating invoices and taking payment
Maximising opportunities to upsell
Handling and resolving where possible, customers questions
Carrying out general admin and other tasks as and when required.
What you'll need:
A 'hands on' customer focused team player who will take complete responsibility for customers vehicles and their concerns and be able to produce industry leading customer service under pressure. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience gained within a fast-paced environment, and ideally within the motor industry.
A desire to go that extra mile to help every customer
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is prefered
