The

Customer Service Advisor

role is vital to delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right products for their adventures. You'll be supporting customers shopping with Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports, Outsiders Store, The Snowboard Asylum, Gramicci and Kavu -- ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

This role is based at our

Head Office in Salford

and offers a great opportunity to join a busy, vibrant team in a well-established, family-owned business with over 90 years of history. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and aim to

that inspires more people to get outdoors.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting customers pre and post-purchase via phone, live chat, and email. Providing clear, accurate and friendly support to help customers make the right choices. Living our service principles of

responsibility, reliability, positivity and credibility

. Building your product knowledge to offer informed recommendations. Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What we're looking for:

No previous experience is required

-- just a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A customer-first mindset and an eagerness to solve problems. A genuine interest in the outdoors or fashion is a bonus. A team player who understands the importance of great service.
