We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agent, to join our teams, working across both Discovery Park and Ramsgate Leisure Centre , that share our mission

_to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities'

as well as our

vision to 'LiveBetter with Your Leisure'_.

You will focus on driving sales, assist our customers with general enquiries, membership information, course subscriptions and beach huts.

You will have exceptional communication skills, proven sales and/or customer services experience, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to deal with electronic enquires via email and social media.

The successful candidate will work on a shift basis, be required to work some evenings and weekends as part of the team to ensure the widest support to our customers and facility users.
