We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and coordinating with our service team to deliver top-notch solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service recommendations. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
