About the Role
We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, confident personality to join our team as a Customer Service Executive / Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, bringing positive energy to their work, and isn't afraid to jump in front of a camera!

Key Responsibilities Customer Service
Handle customer enquiries via email, and social media
Provide friendly, clear, and helpful support
Resolve customer issues with a positive, can-do attitude
Maintain excellent communication and follow-up
Social Media Assistant
Help create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Appear on camera for product demos, behind-the-scenes videos, and marketing content
Reply to comments and messages
Assist with planning social media campaigns
Help grow brand awareness and online engagement
