About the Role

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, confident personality to join our team as a Customer Service Executive / Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, bringing positive energy to their work, and isn't afraid to jump in front of a camera!

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

Handle customer enquiries via email, and social media Provide friendly, clear, and helpful support Resolve customer issues with a positive, can-do attitude Maintain excellent communication and follow-up
Social Media Assistant

Help create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Appear on camera for product demos, behind-the-scenes videos, and marketing content Reply to comments and messages Assist with planning social media campaigns Help grow brand awareness and online engagement
What We're Looking For

No previous experience required A bright, bubbly, outgoing personality Confident speaking on camera and in public Strong communication skills Creative and willing to try new ideas Able to work well in a team Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
