We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
Utilise Job logic to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer concerns to provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess situations and develop appropriate solutions.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
